Jennifer Crews is the founder of FLOCK, a shared intelligence system that streamlines family communication and cooperation. FLOCK enables parents to have both thriving families and fulfilling careers by addressing the decision fatigue and information overload that accompanies the vast and varied responsibilities in their lives.

Jennifer has been the Managing Partner of Pearl Partners, a business development consultancy. This practice is focused on enabling businesses to create value and generate revenue by strategically engaging customers and partners.


Prior to founding Pearl Partners in 2008, Jennifer had 15 years of operational and leadership experience. She has led multimillion dollar projects and businesses within large companies, such as Lucent Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Most recently, as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at D&B, she led the $61 million business focused on embedding D&B’s proprietary analytics and processes within enterprise solutions, such as Oracle and Salesforce.


Jennifer holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Lafayette College in Psychology. She is a member of the corporate board for WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. and the advisory board of In This Together Media.


Jennifer is a mentor for TechLaunch, a technology accelerator program in Montclair, New Jersey, and she serves on the Board of Trustees for Second Life Bikes, a not-for-profit community bike shop and youth earn-a-bike program in Asbury Park, New Jersey.


On a personal note, Jennifer lives near the beach in New Jersey with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys hiking as well as playing the drums and ukulele.
